Bio
Kelly has been an organic gardener/farmer in Savannah since 1985. She earned her Permaculture Design Certificate in 2003, and achieved Master Gardener in 2005. She has worked as a Horticulture Therapist with a substance abuse recovery program for the homeless and with elderly folk in nursing and assisted living homes. She has run Organically Yours since 2003 and has expanded services to include rain catchment and grey water re-directing, vegetable gardens, and perennial food producers in the landscape design. She founded Savannah Urban Garden Alliance in 2009 to create and sustain community gardens in the urban environment.
Her goal is to help people connect to the natural world in a sustainable way.
